Processing Time Orders ship within 2–3 business days of purchase.

U.S. Shipping Only We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Carrier & Tracking All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service using USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Lost Packages While we are not responsible for postal delays, we want to ensure your needlepoint canvas reaches you safely. If your tracking status has not updated for more than 14 business days, please contact us at hello@needlelittlestitchco.com. We will gladly work with you and the postal service to help locate the package or find a fair solution.
